By accessing and using Prokalp ERP, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service immediately.

2. Use of Services

• You may use Prokalp ERP only for lawful business purposes.
• Sharing of accounts or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
• Misuse, hacking, or disruption of services will result in termination.

3. Payment & Subscriptions

Prokalp ERP is offered under various plans (Start, Pro, Elite, Ultimate). By purchasing a plan, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as per agreed pricing.
• Annual maintenance charges (AMC) are billed separately.
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy and at the discretion of Islah Data Consultancy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and software of Prokalp ERP are the intellectual property of Islah Data Consultancy. You are not allowed to copy, modify, resell, or distribute any part of the software without written permission.

5. Data Privacy

Your use of Prokalp ERP is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We ensure that all personal and business data is handled with utmost security and confidentiality.

6. Limitation of Liability

Prokalp ERP is provided “as-is.” While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted services. Islah Data Consultancy will not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or business losses arising from the use of our ERP platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms & Conditions or misuse the platform in any way.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra courts.
